**Counsellor - Academic and Wellness Role Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional Counsellor to engage with prospective customers, introduce academic and wellness products/services, and convert leads into active users or clients.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will conduct outbound calls to prospective customers/leads provided by our organisation.
  • They will explain product offerings in the academic (K–12, competitive exams, skills) and wellness (yoga, mindfulness, therapy) categories.
  • The Counsellor will generate interest and schedule product demos/webinars.
  • They will follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email until closure.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed call logs, lead status, and feedback is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales and content teams to improve pitch strategies.
  • Meeting daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups is essential.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in EdTech or wellness sector.
  • Strong verbal communication in English and regional languages (as needed).
  • Convincing skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • BASIC understanding of education/wellness products or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call tracking systems.
