Hotel Booking Coordinator
">- We are currently hiring a skilled and friendly professional to join our booking team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for international guests, handling their booking inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for sales. A customer-centric approach is essential, ensuring each guest receives a personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer booking enquiries of guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Paying attention to the guest's requirements to ensure understanding of enquiries and giving an appropriate response.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, and areas etc.
- Assist with marketing tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- A degree in tourism or Public Relations is preferred.
- Fluent in English (excellent grammar).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good computer skills, including the ability to type and talk while successfully navigating through multiple applications.
- Interest in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts.
