Job Title: Lead DMPK Professional

Job Description:

As a seasoned DMPK professional, you will be responsible for designing and executing studies to support the development of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Expertise in DMPK studies from discovery through IND-enabling stages.
  • Extensive experience in quantifying biologics including antibodies, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, and peptides using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
  • Proficiency in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
  • Skilled in applying innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates, with a strong focus on DMPK profiling to ensure safe and effective therapeutic development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or a related field, with 12-15 years of experience or a Ph.D. with 5 years' experience.

Key qualifications include:

  • Advanced knowledge of DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
