Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist in Educational Assessment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our educational assessments.

• You will assist our Director of Quality Assurance to review and assess available assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies, etc. to effectively measure student learning outcomes.
• You will implement quality assurance procedures to maintain standards across all assessment tools.
• You will assist our Director to design, develop, and implement new assessment tools for Internal Assessments (IA) and Term End Exams (TEE).
• You will monitor assessments to ensure they align with learning objectives and provide a fair evaluation of student knowledge and skills.
• You will collect and analyze data related to student performance, CLOF attainment, UFM cases, teacher effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
• You will generate reports on assessment results and provide feedback to faculty and administrators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• You will assess various assessment tools and methodologies, such as rubrics, surveys, and standardized tests, to evaluate educational outcomes.
• You will assist our Director to collect, collate, and disseminate accurate and reliable statistics about assessment quality of our programs.
• You will assist our Director in preparing and submitting required regulatory reports, annual reports, and documentation to statutory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.

• You should have a deep understanding of quality assurance norms of assessment tools used for distance and online learning.
• You should have attention to detail and a commitment to quality improvement.
• You should be able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• You should have knowledge of relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• You should be adaptable to changing digital content trends and technologies.
• You should have time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• You should have ethical and responsible behavior, especially when handling sensitive or confidential content.

• A Master's degree in education, instructional design, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience of 5-8 years in education quality assurance, accreditation, or a similar role within an educational institution is required.
• Experience in quality assurance or assessment review in an educational setting is preferred.
• A deep understanding of educational standards, assessment methodologies, and data analysis techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools is a plus.
