Job Description

- Typically work with other engineering teams to identify potential errors in the process or standard and design improvements that could create a more efficient and effective production line.
- Responsible to prepare Inspection Test Plan for each activity like Earth work, Concrete Works etc. It shall include controlling Documents, Acceptance Criteria, Nature / Extent of Inspection, Responsible Personnel, Verification Document, and Inspection Stage.
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans, test the products and services to ensure they meet the required standards, and report their findings to management.
- Responsible for Site Inspection and Material Inspection As Per the requirements.
- Responsible to raise NCR and Site observation for his site, responsible to monitor and surveillance of the site without Request for Inspection (RFI).
- Non-conformity will be an issue in any major deviation to the specification and drawing to the sub-contractor and execution engineer.
- Responsible for providing Power Point Presentations, Training to Supervisors, Foremen, workers and other staffs.
- Responsible for laboratory tests at the Factory and Project site for raw material as well as fresh and hardened concrete tests at the pouring location.
- Shall ensure all the laboratory equipment calibrations are updated.
- Responsible for the documentation of the project
