Finance Management Assistant

This role is responsible for managing the company's fixed assets, including insurance, renewal, addition/deletion, and claims. The successful candidate will also create and dispose of assets in Oracle Fusion, ensuring GST invoices are issued accordingly. They will manage yearly fixed assets verification, coordinate with branches and vendors, and create management reports related to fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Fixed Assets Register: Maintain an accurate record of fixed assets, including their purchase, disposal, and depreciation.
  • Insurance Management: Manage insurance policies, renewals, additions, deletions, and claims.
  • Create/Dispose Assets in Oracle Fusion: Record all asset transactions in Oracle Fusion, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • GST Invoices: Ensure GST invoices are issued correctly and on time.
  • Floating Asset Coordination: Coordinate with branches and vendors to ensure proper tagging and recording of assets.
  • Annual Verification: Conduct yearly fixed assets verification and report any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • MIS Reporting: Create management reports related to fixed assets, providing insights into asset utilization and optimization.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Education: MBA/M.com/Semi Qualified with 5+ Years' Experience - Minimum education required for the role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting entries and principles is essential.
  • Fixed Assets Accounting: Strong knowledge of fixed assets accounting, including depreciation, amortization, and impairment.
  • TDS & GST: Working knowledge of TDS and GST regulations and their application to fixed assets.
  • MIS Reporting: Good knowledge of MIS reporting tools and techniques, including trackers and dashboards.
  • MS Excel: Hands-on experience with MS Excel and its applications in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Oracle Fusion: Working experience in Oracle Fusion environment preferred but not necessary.
