Role Overview

The Human Resources Executive position is a full-time, mid-level role situated in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Talent acquisition process management, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet company requirements.
  • Campus placement program coordination to source fresh talent and establish relationships with educational institutions.

  • Maintenance and update of HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data and documentation.
  • Negotiation of labor relations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Facilitation of effective communication between employees and management to address concerns and improve morale.
  • Collaboration with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored HR support and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage the entire talent acquisition process from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizing and managing campus placement activities to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective employee engagement strategies with a focus on improving workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with people analytics to assess workforce trends and drive data-driven HR decisions.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software for efficient HR management and data maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of labor relations, including knowledge of relevant laws and practices within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with employees and management.
