Logistics Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements, process orders, and ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Receive and accurately process client orders, maintaining proper records and updating order status regularly.
- Utilize BUSY Software for order entry, inventory management, billing, invoicing, and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (warehouse, transport, procurement) to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that arise during transportation.
- Prepare reports related to orders, client communication, and logistics performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, client interactions, and inventory movements.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination role, hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of BUSY Software, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously, detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
