- Data Entry & Management: You will maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use Excel to generate reports on key HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, recruitment data, and employee demographics.
- Data Analysis: Perform data cleaning, filtering, and sorting to prepare data for analysis and reporting.
- Pivot Tables & Charts: Create pivot tables and charts to visualize HR data and assist in presenting insights to the HR team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel Skills: Familiarity with functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements), pivot tables, data validation, and basic charting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
