We are seeking a Payroll and Compliance Expert to assist in end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation and payment file verification and uploads. Key Responsibilities include generating payroll-related entries, reconciliations, and management reports, validating monthly statutory reports, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Generate payroll-related entries, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Validate monthly statutory reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in HR. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, payroll, compliance, and HR operations preferably in a similar industry or has worked in a start-up ecosystem. Strong analytical skills, high level of integrity and confidentiality, adaptability to changes in payroll systems and procedures, excellent advanced MS Excel skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
