Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your expertise in UX design? We are currently looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of industry-leading user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define product strategy and create innovative design solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable design opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to gain insights into user needs and validate problem statements.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and interaction models that balance business and user goals.
  • Contribute to the design system by creating scalable, consistent, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing and validate design decisions through data and feedback.
  • Prepare design specifications to ensure engineering readiness for implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers during implementation to resolve UX/UI challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Ability to future-proof designs and iteratively improve features.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort in working in agile product teams.
