
Client Relationship Strategist

We are seeking a strategic professional to bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams.
This role combines strong client relationship management with expertise in social media strategy and campaign execution.
You will be responsible for understanding client briefs, developing aligned social strategies, and ensuring flawless campaign execution across platforms.
- Key Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients, understanding client requirements/brief, and presenting ideas and campaign strategies to clients.
- You will also build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensure timely delivery and client alignment.
Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
- Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative, digital, or branding agency.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
- Deep understanding of digital media platforms and marketing trends.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
