Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and work with job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Indeed to source potential business leads.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and resources in the U.S.-based staffing firms.
  • Source, interact, and establish relationships with U.S. IT Staffing professionals for active and passive job searches.
  • Research and implement new ideas to enhance active and passive job search strategies.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote IT services to potential clients in the USA.
  • Provide excellent customer service and client relations skills with a focus on client retention.
  • Maintain clear and organized work reports and other organizational documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve personal and team sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive in the IT services industry is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with confident and persuasive phone presence are required.
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented individual who meets deadlines and sales quotas (Monthly/Quarterly) is desired.
  • Knowledge of US Visa and Tax forms such as US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa holders on all tax terms (W2, 1099 & C2C) is necessary.
  • Ability to think freely and manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve goals.
  • Prior telemarketing experience supporting the U.S. IT staffing industry is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is beneficial.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Proven proficiency in using MS Office Suite products such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
