Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinic Director to lead our clinic team in achieving revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the management team, you will drive sales, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with our brand standards.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving business expansion, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering superior results. You will be responsible for managing the clinic's performance, including revenue targets, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Expansion:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Lead the sales team to achieve targets through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Monitor daily/weekly MIS reports to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
    • Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors).
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
    • Build a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
    • Resolve escalations and maintain high NPS & client retention.
    • Implement loyalty and referral programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Adhere to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews.
    • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop local partnerships (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation.
    • Collaborate with marketing & BTL teams for city-specific activations.
