Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and friendly front office professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers on their arrival
- Take down customer details and information
- Fill out forms and official templates
- Confirm purposes of visit and guide accordingly
- Attend calls, respond, and transfer to appropriate departments
- Maintain walk-in register and admin registers
- Prepare database of client contacts and update
- Filling papers, bills, and important documents
- Handle cash and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with different departments
- Generate daily reports and pass to Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Good presentable personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- Proficient in computers and software
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil
- Quick learner and multitasker
- Customer service oriented and people skills
