Job Title: Data Integration Developer

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ETL processes, reports, and database solutions using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.


This role requires deep technical expertise to deliver high-quality code, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Kanban environment.


The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server. Expertise in SQL/PL-SQL (query optimization, indexing, stored procedures) is also essential. Familiarity with C#/.NET for scripting and API development is a plus.


Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages for complex ETL workflows (data extraction, transformation, loading).
  • Create and optimize SSRS reports with interactive dashboards, drill-downs, and parameterized features.
  • Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for SQL Server databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in ETL processes and reports.

Requirements:
  • Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence experience preferred
  • Azure/AWS or cloud platforms exposure is beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, ETL Tools) preferred
  • Experience in financial, healthcare, or telecom domains advantageous

This is a long-term remote opportunity with flexible working hours between 11am-11pm IST and an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.
