Identity Management Expert Wanted

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned identity management professional with expertise in designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IAM Solution Design: Design and implement IAM solutions ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Workflow Customization: Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements leveraging knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services.
  3. System Integration: Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance utilizing expertise in directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.
  4. Access Governance: Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions applying good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  6. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management leveraging hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
  • Expertise in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services.
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
