Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of physical loading and unloading tasks for trucks and containers.
  • Optimize productivity by sorting and loading documents and boxes in a logical flow during delivery routes.
  • Plan efficient routes, re-prioritize stops, and complete pick-ups within customer time-windows while meeting productivity targets.
  • HIGHLIGHT any differences to agreed stop counts and balance routes with the pickup coordinator.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, prepare vehicle inspection reports, and adhere to state and local regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of necessary documents, including delivery records, pick-up manifests, and audits of customer documents.
  • Utilize defined tools to perform accurate and timely scanning, recording, and transferring of data for performance tracking and compliance activities.
  • Maintain ongoing security of vehicles and packages by taking precautions and following safety and security procedures.
  • Effectively handle customer queries, requests, and resolve issues when possible or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Identify and highlight sales and automation opportunities that support customers' businesses, generating additional revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly check inventory levels through physical counts, reconcile with data storage systems, and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Optimize results by effectively managing time throughout the day, prioritizing tasks, and taking on additional responsibilities when possible.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieve all KPIs at 100%.
