Job Description

As a seasoned professional in HR operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in human resources compliance or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience with ESIC, PF, and payroll processing
  • Familiarity with statutory compliances and documentation procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
