  • BUILD AND MENTOR A TEAM OF DATA SCIENTISTS, ENGINEERS, AND ANALYSTS.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in data leadership roles with a proven track record of building and growing data practices.

  • Experience in growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clients.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue contribution targets.
  • P&L responsibility and business development experience.
  • Expertise in database design, data modeling, and warehousing.
  • Strong SQL, Python/R programming skills.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, X12, ICD).
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and ML/AI frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of payer and provider operations and workflows.
  • Experience with healthcare analytics use cases (risk adjustment, quality reporting, population health).
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of value-based care models and interoperability challenges.
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align data initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
