About the Role:

The Data Insights Leader will oversee our data analytics function, driving strategic insights across the business and building a data-driven culture.

This high-impact leadership role is responsible for enabling informed decision-making, aligning analytics with business goals, and working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  2. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  3. Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  5. Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  6. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  7. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta) and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
