Solar Project Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Solar Project Manager to spearhead the development of large-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization through execution, ensuring seamless integration of technical specifications and adherence to industry standards.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient designs that meet client requirements while minimizing costs and material wastage.

  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met and quality expectations are exceeded.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive expertise in solar photovoltaic design and project management of high-capacity projects (100 MWp and above). A strong background in electrical engineering, coupled with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in solar project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
