Job Title

Offshore Solar Proposal Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate, compliant, and customer-focused solar + battery proposals.

  • Develop customized solar and battery proposals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Perform system sizing and load calculations based on client requirements and site data.
  • Use industry-standard tools to simulate system performance and optimize configurations.
  • Ensure all proposals meet Australian solar compliance standards and technical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine designs and respond to client feedback.
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control of all proposals and design files.
Requirements

1–2 years' experience in solar and battery proposal/design.

Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid configurations.

Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as Microsoft Excel, PVSyst, Helioscope.

Familiarity with Australian or international solar compliance standards.

Ability to interpret electrical load profiles and design systems accordingly.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
