We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead and manage MW-scale solar power projects.

Job Description
  • Define and execute detailed project execution plans aligned with organizational objectives, overseeing end-to-end project delivery from initiation to commissioning.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring strict adherence to scope, cost, and timelines.
  • Monitor daily site progress, coordinate with site engineers and contractors, and implement corrective actions in case of deviations or delays.
  • Review and validate engineering designs, layouts, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with electrical, civil, and mechanical design standards.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management, coordinating with clients, consultants, government bodies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and EHS standards at site, conducting quality audits and inspections at various stages of the project.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy or equivalent, with 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Solar EPC / Utility / C&I projects.
  • Proven track record of handling MW-scale solar projects, strong knowledge of electrical systems, project execution methodologies, and renewable energy regulations.
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, and vendor management, with excellent leadership and people management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict timelines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams.
