Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pump Testing Engineer to join our team.

Pump testing engineers play a vital role in ensuring the performance and efficiency of industrial pumps.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough performance tests on API/Non-API standard pumps, working closely with customers and inspection agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

You will also be involved in coordinating with internal stakeholders to mobilize resources and equipment, as well as documenting reviews and test reports.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to make a real impact in the field of pump testing.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct pump performance tests as per customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to mobilize resources and equipment.
  • Document reviews and test reports.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in pump testing activities from reputable industries.
  • Familiarity with centrifugal pump testing, both internal and witness, as per HI Standard and API.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound working knowledge of computers and basic MS Office skills.
  • Addition knowledge of QMS and problem-solving tools is an advantage.
