End-to-End Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled End-to-End Testing Specialist to perform manual functional testing of Zuora systems, including Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments. This role requires someone with extensive experience in testing Zuora modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules.
  • Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora.
  • Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations with Zuora.
  • Basic knowledge of Zuora APIs.
