What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Intern-Social Media to join our team at Career One Stop. As an Intern-Social Media, you will play a critical role in managing our online presence and expanding our brand's reach through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to comments and messages on social media channels.
  • Contribute to the development of social media content calendars.
  • Assist in conducting social media analytics and producing reports on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Create and curate compelling visual and written content for social media.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and implementing new social media initiatives.
  • Participate in social media community management and engagement activities.
  • Provide support in influencer outreach and partnership activities.
  • Assist in maintaining a social media content library and asset organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of social media editorial and content guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Demonstrated passion for social media and understanding of various platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising best practices is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social media content.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and algorithm updates.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute creative ideas.
