Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in our organization, overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative training initiatives that align with our business objectives, driving sales growth and employee productivity.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design targeted training content that addresses these areas.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics and data analysis to inform future improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to develop and deliver training content that meets the needs of diverse teams.
  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training materials, leveraging emerging technologies like AI and gamification to enhance engagement.
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage training content, track progress, and measure ROI.
  • Lead group discussions, providing guidance on effective communication skills to boost team productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate field and floor coaching for customer-facing employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by developing capabilities of new hires and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry or function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve shared goals.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
