About this role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV)
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably
  • A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time

What You Will Do:

You will be the face of our company for clients, driving campaigns across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns, taking full ownership of client accounts, communicating directly with clients, collaborating with our creative and Shopify teams, and monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
