Senior MEP Design Specialist

We seek an experienced Senior MEP Design Specialist to lead the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC design, electrical circuit design, and building codes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing efficient and reliable MEP systems that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Oversight of implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Evaluation of existing systems and recommendation of improvements.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, electrical circuit design, and building codes.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
In addition to your technical expertise, you must be able to:
- Familiarize yourself with designing and executing MEP systems for high-rise buildings.
- Integrate MEP systems with other building systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management strategies.
