Job Description
Title: M.E.P Manager – Real Estate Development with MIVAN Shuttering Experience.
Location: Visakhapatnam.
MEP Manager oversees the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in a construction project, ensuring their efficient design, installation, and maintenance in compliance with regulations, budgets, and timelines. Key responsibilities include project planning and execution, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, conducting site inspections, managing risks, ensuring safety, and reporting on project progress to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the entire MEP lifecycle from planning and scheduling to execution and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordination: Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Technical Oversight: Manage the design, installation, and integration of mechanical (HVAC, etc.), electrical (power, lighting), and plumbing systems.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all MEP work complies with relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure that the installed systems meet quality standards and operational requirements.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues that may affect project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project reports on progress, issues, and performance to the senior Project Manager.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their integration with Complete MIVAN or Hybrid
- Project Management: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) and skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage conflict, and provide clear direction.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, presenting, and interacting with stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: To manage client relationships and subcontractors effectively.

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
