Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving strategic direction and managing a team of payroll specialists to deliver high-quality managed services to clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of payroll support consultants, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
- Manage complex client issues and provide proactive support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
