This position involves providing valuable insights to clients. To achieve this, you will meet with them to understand their business needs and challenges. Then, you will apply your analytical skills to analyze quantitative and observational data. Based on these analyses, you will present recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to identify their business needs and challenges
  • Analyze data using strong analytical skills
  • Presentation of recommendations to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with supply chain planning software
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
Technical Skills:
  • Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages (e.g., RapidTables) for data manipulation and custom workflows
  • Integration of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware
  • Data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows
  • Creation, customization, and management of analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms
  • Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations
  • Documenting requirements and processes (e.g., Process flows)
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
