Audit Risk Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our team. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit teams in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in auditing and risk management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities- Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information;
- Develop and implement effective audit plans to assess risks and evaluate control processes;
- Liaise with process owners to understand business operations and identify areas for improvement;
- Prepare draft reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Engage with various stakeholders to provide training and support on audit procedures and risk management;
- Ensure audit reports are clear, concise, and identify root causes with practical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing and risk management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
