Job Overview:

KSB Company seeks a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales configurators.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and troubleshooting issues with KSBase and Easyselect applications
  • Handling incident tickets through JIRA and Assyst systems to provide timely support to key users
  • Maintaining and updating user manuals and training materials for KSBase and EasySelect
  • Crafting FAQs, Readmes, and other documentation
  • Supporting database maintenance tasks, including user management and currency factor updates

Requirements:

  • 3-year commercial training and several years of experience in the IT environment
  • A passion for working with software and a basic understanding of SAP principles
  • Experience with EasySelect, particularly document creation and linking with SAP, is highly desirable
  • A sociable and communicative nature, with excellent team player skills
