The ideal candidate will have about 10-15 years of Basis Administration/Hosting/Data Center operations experience, along with 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience. You will be well-versed in multiple facets of the SAP Ecosystem, ensuring that both the Managed Cloud and AMS Basis Teams operate as one, following the same standard operating processes and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include managing reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, suggesting mitigations to risks, actions to close issues or complete open items. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating strategic roadmaps for SAP applications/Digitalization and infrastructure in an enterprise IT environment, collaborating with counterparts and/or customers to handle escalations beyond regional delivery managers.
We are looking for a results-driven leader who can recommend, assist in implementation of, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures affecting the delivery of Basis services to all customers. Your extensive working relationships with hyper-scalers - AWS, Azure, GCP, and experience in managing outsourced hosting vendors, will enable you to make informed decisions and drive success.

What We Offer
