We are currently seeking an experienced Income Calculator to support our mortgage underwriting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for calculating income for mortgage applications using industry-standard guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop strong relationships through excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure timely completion of mortgage applications by maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in US mortgage underwriting
  • Hands-on experience processing W2s, 1040s, paystubs, bank statements, and tax returns
