**Job Opportunity: Senior Manager Finance**
">Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Finance to join our team.
">The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with 5-7 years of experience in corporates. They should have a proven track record of delivering financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions.
">The role involves managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and Schedule III of the Companies Act. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and analysis of data for payment and filing returns of GST, TDS, PT, EPF, etc.
">Additionally, they will handle interbranch and business segment reconciliations, analyze investments and banking facilities, and provide inputs for management decisions.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, good understanding of direct and indirect taxation, and proficiency in Tally, ERP, and MS Office.
">They will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and company policies.
