  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Credit Risk Frameworks: Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Asset Quality: Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
