Health Insurance Delivery Lead

Oracle is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Health Insurance solutions for our customers. As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions that meet customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in delivering Oracle Health Insurance projects
- Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions align with customer goals
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques
- Influence customer leadership on key decisions
- Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions
- Estimate tasks for efforts and timelines, meeting milestones and deadlines within budget
- Report progress on tasks and projects
- Provide direction and mentoring to project teams
- Participate in Pre-Sales activities by providing domain expertise
Requirements:
- Implementation consulting or IT experience with health insurance domain applications as a Delivery Lead
- Proficiency in English - verbal and written
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Experience collaborating with customer and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with basics of Oracle tech stack (Java, SQL)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Health Insurance domain - products, processes, and operations and Regulatory reporting for India
- Certification in Health Insurance topics
- Previous work experience as a Delivery Lead at customer location for Application implementation work
- Prior experience leading remote virtual teams
We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
