The role of an Academic Counsellor is a pivotal one, where you play a key part in helping students achieve their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand learner needs and provide suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling & Lead Qualification

Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and assess their educational background, interests, and career aspirations. This involves qualifying leads based on specific criteria and identifying opportunities for growth.

Needs Assessment & Course Recommendation

Develop a deep understanding of learner requirements and suggest courses that align with their aspirations. This requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide tailored recommendations.

Sales Presentations

Deliver persuasive and engaging presentations to highlight the value of our courses. This involves communicating effectively with learners and providing clear explanations of course benefits.

Negotiation & Objection Handling

Address concerns with empathy and negotiate terms to drive successful enrollments. This requires excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Relationship Building

Maintain strong relationships with learners and nurture leads through effective follow-ups and communication.

Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales progress while providing regular reports on activities.
