A career as a Student Placement Advisor offers the opportunity to empower students in achieving their academic goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding students through the university admissions process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the university admissions process and application cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with students as their Coach for guidance related to university admissions and preliminary eligibility, including language skills assessment.
- Monitor student progress on an ongoing basis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Growth, Student Counsellors, Key Account Managers, Loan counsellors, Test prep, and other support functions.
- Ensure timely coordination with the Visa team and International office during post-offer management.
- Graduate or MBA degree in business, management, or psychology.
- Prior experience in ed-tech is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and academic expertise.
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
