We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Career Guidance Professional to join our academic team at an esteemed institution.

  • Provide personalized career counseling based on students' academic performance, interests, and aspirations.
  • Assist in stream selection and career planning.
  • Educate students on entrance exams and eligibility for higher studies in India and abroad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Student Guidance and Counseling: Provide personalized career counseling and assist in stream selection and career planning.
  • University and Course Selection: Research and recommend suitable universities and courses in India and internationally.
  • Application Process Support: Guide students in preparing compelling applications and assist with scholarship and financial aid applications.
  • Test Preparation Guidance: Advise on standardized tests and recommend trusted coaching centers and online resources.
  • Proficiency in Online Application Platforms: Provide hands-on guidance with platforms such as Common App, UCAS, Coalition App, ApplyTexas, and university-specific portals.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Organize awareness sessions for students and parents on higher education and career opportunities.
  • Parental Counseling: Address parental concerns on career planning, financial investment, and overseas education.
  • Staying Updated: Keep track of evolving trends in Indian and international education and build relationships with university representatives.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of student counseling sessions, application progress, and outcomes.
