Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Workforce Management team as an Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead client projects leveraging in-depth knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labour Scheduling, and other workforce management processes and systems.
  • Work collaboratively with global distributed teams on client projects.
  • Evaluate quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content.
  • Lead teams through full life cycle activities for WFM systems.

  • Maintain high integrity and commitment to delivering results in a new and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive in decision-making.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Display cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10-11 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Workforce management, Time management, Attendance, Scheduling, etc., and Payroll consulting.
  • A Master's degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA.
