Simplify Complex Projects

Our team is seeking a skilled systems administrator to join our ranks. As a senior system administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive system administration and troubleshooting support for our supply chain solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues related to our supply chain systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators as needed.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for distribution centers, merchant delivery centers, and ship hubs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within our supply chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency with applications like HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, Logility.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and supply chain solutions.
  • Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain systems and their interaction with broader business processes.
