Job Description

We are seeking a strategic supply chain leader to drive the monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) cycle, align demand and supply, and deliver insights through key performance indicator dashboards and advanced analytics to support business growth and decision-making.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the S&OP cycle including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans.
  • Identify demand-supply gaps and drive resolution through scenario planning and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  2. Demand and Supply Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and supply plans.
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.
  4. Supply Chain Optimization: Manage supply and inventory planning to balance cost, service level, and working capital objectives.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and S&OP leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and generate business insights.
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills; knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
