About Skincare Advisor Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be working closely with users to understand their skincare needs and provide personalized advice. You will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their skincare goals by providing expert guidance and support.

As a Skincare Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with users, communicating our vision, and explaining product features and benefits in simple language. You will also be required to follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and gather feedback from customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, confidence, and empathy when handling phone conversations. Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools, are also essential.
