Job Title:

  • We seek a seasoned Senior Executive to fill this critical position.

Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will provide support to the Compliance team in managing all compliance-related matters.
  • They will be responsible for handling inward and outward SEBI correspondences, tracking and escalating SEBI communication, maintaining a list of members' Proof of Deposits (PO) and Demand Drafts (DD), monitoring FIU Alerts, and disseminating relevant guidelines to members.
  • Additionally, they will organize and manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliances, provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact Compliance initiatives, handle documentation of correspondence between Exchange and SEBI, and manage custody of agreements/undertakings.
  • They will also draft Board Agendas and provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Requirements:

  • A Post Graduate degree from a reputable institution/university is required.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
  • The candidate must possess adequate knowledge of regulatory functions, excellent administrative support skills, and knowledge of the Exchange ecosystem and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have a process-driven approach, high attention to detail, integrity, and be responsive and communicative.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Exchange regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is crucial.
