Full Stack Development Role

We're seeking a talented developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of an innovative web application. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and iterating on learner and teacher dashboards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and React Server Components, as well as experience with MongoDB, Supabase, and Git/GitHub flow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in Deaf education by creating an engaging and accessible learning platform that empowers Deaf learners across India.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain learner and teacher dashboards using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and React Server Components.
  • Create secure edge functions, Auth flows, and storage solutions using Supabase.
  • Model and optimize content, progress, and analytics data in MongoDB.
  • Incorporate real-time captioning and sign-language video assets into the application.
  • Build data pipelines for AI models.
  • Write unit and integration tests using Vitest/Jest and Playwright.
  • Profile performance, reduce bundle sizes, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Requirements:
  • Pursuing or completed a CS-related degree or equivalent self-taught experience.
  • 6+ months hands-on experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of Supabase (Auth, Postgres, Storage) or SQL fundamentals.
  • Basic proficiency in MongoDB CRUD, schema design, and aggregation.
  • Familiarity with modern JS tooling (pnpm or yarn, eslint, prettier).
