Main Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Architect of brand strategy. Create and execute the main plan for the company's brand.
- Lead Digital & Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Oversee all digital marketing channels and lead targeted ABM campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Spearhead Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Launches: Design and implement effective GTM strategies for new products and market expansions, ensuring a successful launch and market adoption.
- Manage High-Impact Events: Plan and execute major events and exhibitions to build brand presence, generate leads.
- Craft the Brand Narrative: Define and communicate a compelling product story and clear value proposition that resonates with customers.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience: In brand management, marketing strategy, and GTM execution, preferably in [Construction Equipment].
- Proven track record: In building and scaling brands across multiple channels.
- Expertise: In digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding: Of market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Exceptional skills: In communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
